What does the industry chip do?

How accurate are these estimates?
This calculator provides order-of-magnitude estimates based on published research averages. Individual variation is high — some people experience very little financial impact from high stress, others experience much more. The value is in identifying your largest cost category and the relative ROI of different interventions, not in producing a precise dollar figure. Use it as a starting framework, not an accounting statement.
What is the difference between stress and burnout?
Stress is a state of high demand with potential for resolution — it is time-limited.
