Calculover provides 1611 free calculators, all engineered for in-browser execution across 15 comprehensive categories — Finance, Health & Fitness, Construction, Business, Daily Life, Math, Conversions, Legal, Science, Food & Cooking, Automotive, Education, Environment, Sports, and Tools. Calculations run deterministically on your local device memory using JavaScript; no proprietary calculation values are transmitted to our servers for processing.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its calculators for personal, educational, and professional estimation purposes. This license does not include:

• Reproducing, redistributing, or packaging the Site's source code, proprietary algorithms, or UI assets for commercial resale.
• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers in a manner that exceeds normal human usage or degrades platform availability for other users.
• Framing or embedding calculators within external applications, except through the official embed snippets provided on our Site.
• Creating deceptive derivative works that misrepresent Calculover's brand, accuracy certifications, or editorial policies.

Nothing on the Site constitutes formal financial, medical, engineering, architectural, or legal advice. No fiduciary or professional-client relationship is created by accessing or inputting data into our tools. Calculover is an open computational utility, not a licensed advisory practice.

All content on the Site — including layout designs, vector typography, visual assets, software architecture, and curated educational guides — is the intellectual property of Calculover or its contributors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress statutes.

When accessing or using Calculover, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach or bypass security parameters, rate limiters, or server infrastructure.
• Inject malicious scripts, SQL payloads, or destructive code into contact fields.
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or deliberately overload network resources.
• Utilize our tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

We continuously update and refine our tools to incorporate newer statutory data, revised formulas, and browser optimizations. We reserve the right to modify, relocate, or retire specific tools at any time without liability. While we strive for 100% platform uptime through distributed edge caching, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Site and its tools are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

• Because Calculover is provided entirely free of charge, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calculover, its founders, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

The Site links to authoritative primary sources (e.g. IRS, NIH, NIST) and includes partner recommendations detailed in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not endorse and assume no responsibility for external websites, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any clause of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent authority, that clause shall be severed and shall not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
